Marc Daniel, DVM

Marc Daniel, DVM

Owner, Veterinarian

My name is Dr. Marc Daniel, I am the owner of Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital. I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1998. After graduation, my wife Suzanne and I moved to West Chester, Pennsylvania where we began to set deep roots in the area.

We are grateful to be parents of four amazing children. Our oldest son is married and actively working in Chester County. Our other son is attending Ithaca College, as well as our older daughter is attending Butler University. Our youngest daughter is in middle school at Delaware County Christian School. We also share our home with three cats, a rescued dog from Haiti, a joyful chocolate lab, chickens and many honeybees. I enjoy gardening, bee keeping, raising chickens and outdoor activities. We all love to travel for both service work and pleasure.

I have been serving the Chester County community as a veterinarian since 2006. I knew from a young age that I had a passion for God’s creatures. I started to work for a local veterinarian in high school and realized that becoming a veterinarian myself would allow me to fulfill this passion I had for animals and medicine.

In addition to practicing veterinary medicine locally, I have found a calling in missionary work and have partnered with Christian Veterinary Missions. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping local people to provide veterinary care in underserved communities all over the world. Using my skills to educate others in animal husbandry and medicine has been a great joy in my life.

I am honored to work in Southern Chester County and enjoy serving the community through the ownership of Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital. BVVH has been providing high quality and compassionate veterinary care to the community for many years and I hope we continue to do so for many years to come.

Robert Cafaro, VMD

Robert Cafaro, VMD

Veterinarian

Dr. Robert Cafaro grew up in Downingtown where he knew from an early age that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He started out by working in the kennels of various local vet hospitals and through his dedication and love of animals, he learned to be a veterinary nurse.  It was during these years leading up to veterinary school that he learned that not only did he want to help as many animals as he could, but also as many families and people as he could. He wanted to be the voice for each animal and bridge any communication gap between them and their families.

For that reason, his favorite part of his career is building relationships with each animal and their families. His special interests in the field include dermatology and internal medicine.

Dr. Cafaro studied biology at Penn State University and ultimately graduated with his VMD from University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He worked in Aston and West Chester for the following 5 years, until joining the BVVH team in 2019. He currently lives in Romansville, PA with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. One a rescue terrier mix named Lacey, and the other, a big goofy Newfoundland named Stanley.
