If I could give a million stars, I would! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing! I called in tears, and the receptionist (sorry, can’t remember her name) was amazing! She was kind, supportive, and totally set my mind at ease. I explained the situation with my sick kitty. She got me an appointment right away! We walked in the door, and she called my little Andrew by name! Brenda, the vet tech took us from there. She made my fearful scaredy cat feel safe. I told her he likes to hide his face. She made sure he was able to do that. She spoke to him the entire time in a soft and soothing voice. The vet, Dr. Daniel was awesome, as well. He not only treated Andy, but he also treated my crying self! I was a wreck. He made sure to let me know everything that was happening. He made sure I was ok every step of the way. He made my baby feel safe and secure. We left with all of the answers we needed. Today, Andy is happy. They also called to check up on him the next day! I will definitely recommend this office. I am sure Andrew would too!
